§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The purchase contract is concluded only upon our order confirmation or the shipment of the goods.
§ 4 Prices
All prices are final prices and are stated in Euro (€).
According to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged and therefore no VAT is shown separately.
§ 5 Payment
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
§ 6 Delivery
Delivery is available within Germany and, where applicable, to other countries according to the shipping conditions stated on the website.
Delivery times depend on the product and are specified on the respective product page.
§ 7 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

§ 9 Food Products and Perishable Goods
For food products and perishable goods, the right of withdrawal may be excluded or restricted in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
Opened, damaged, or already used food products are generally excluded from return or exchange unless otherwise required by law.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we shall only be liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damages.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
